You’re here! Now let's get to know each other. After you reach out, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to help me understand your vision, style, and any special requests. It’s all about making sure we’re on the same page from the get-go.
Client Call
Once I’ve reviewed your questionnaire, we’ll hop on a quick call to chat about your big day. We’ll dive into your wedding day details, vibe, and any must-have shots you have in mind. It’s a no-pressure chat to make sure we’re a great fit for each other.
Confirm Booking, Contracts & Invoices
If you’re feeling good about everything (and I hope you do!), we’ll lock it in with a simple contract and invoice. Once you’ve signed and paid your deposit, you’re officially booked!
Planning Your Engagement Shoot
This is the fun part! We’ll plan your engagement session to make sure we capture your authentic love story. Whether it’s at a favorite spot, or an adventurous location, I’ll guide you through natural, relaxed poses and moments. You’ll walk away feeling like pros in front of the camera.
Timeline Planning for the Wedding Day
A few weeks before your wedding, we’ll work together on the timeline. I’ll help you organize the flow of the day to make sure there’s enough time for photos (and fun). I’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, while you focus on enjoying the process.

01. How do we book you for the wedding?
First, fill out a contact me form to inquire if I have your requested date available. Next, Ill send you a questionnaire to get started. Next we will arrange a meeting to discuss further. After our chat, I'll send you a quote, once that accepted I will create your session and create contracts. Next is planning your engagement shoot!
02. Do you travel for destination weddings?
I do! I have a couple places I would love to travel to. If you are getting married in Banff, Jasper, BC, Mexico, I would love to discuss a great deal!
03. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?
Preparation is key. I ask all my clients to provide a detailed list of everyone they would like photographed & in what groupings you would like. Having another person to wrangle people can be helpful.
04. Do you offer engagement sessions?
All my sessions include a complimentary engagement shoot. This is a great way to get to know each other prior to your wedding day. Its a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera & get photos to use as invitations, guest book, or a slideshow.
